Artwork & File Submission Guidelines

To ensure the highest quality print and fastest turnaround, please follow these specifications when preparing your files:

1. Preferred File Formats

• Vector Files (Best for Logos & Large Prints): .AI, .EPS, or .PDF (with all fonts outlined).
• Raster Files (Photos): .TIFF, .PSD, or high-resolution .JPG.

2. Resolution Requirements

• Files should be at least 300 DPI at the final print size.
• Note: Images pulled from websites (usually 72 DPI) will appear blurry when printed.

3. Color Mode

• Please submit all files in CMYK color mode.
• If your brand requires specific Pantone (PMS) colors, please list them in the "Special Instructions" field of our submission form.

4. Bleed & Safety

• For full-bleed designs (printing to the edge), please include a 0.125" bleed on all sides.
• Keep all important text and logos at least 0.25" away from the trim edge.

Pro Tip: "Outlining" your fonts (converting text to shapes) ensures your design looks exactly the same on our computers as it does on yours—no missing font errors!
